ISO Management Policy
Qwi Tecnologías de la Información, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as Qwi) is a company dedicated to providing software engineering and data processing services, headquartered in Madrid (Spain).
Through the implementation of an Integrated Management System, based on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO/IEC 27001:2023 standards, Qwi seeks to achieve continuous improvement in the quality of its services, customer satisfaction, and the environmental performance of its organizational activities.
To this end, Qwi considers the following guidelines as fundamental pillars of this Policy and the foundation for setting our annual objectives, with the goal of continuously improving the effectiveness of the Management System:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through consistently respectful service and a continuous effort to meet their requirements and to fulfill our commitments to the ongoing improvement of our services.
- Complying with all applicable legal requirements as well as any other requirements the organization subscribes to, continually assessing compliance across all areas of activity.
- Continuously improving the quality of our software engineering and data intelligence services, while enhancing our performance concerning the key environmental aspects generated by our activities, through the establishment of objectives and targets to achieve these improvements.
- Preventing pollution potentially caused by our activities, minimizing environmental impact, and optimizing the consumption of available resources, thus making our company environmentally sustainable.
- Permanently improving the competitiveness of our services by involving our clients at all times, and continuously adapting our developments to their needs, aiming to contribute, through our services, to sound management policies among our clients as well.
- Ensuring the ongoing and continuous updating of our resources, especially focusing on the professional development of our personnel, by promoting continuous professional training policies that enable them to advance their knowledge at the pace of our industry’s evolution.
This Policy will be reviewed annually by management to ensure its continued suitability and relevance.
